1035 Commonwealth Avenue Development Public Meeting on October 28

A meeting to discuss a planned development amendment (PDA) for 1035 Commonwealth Avenue will be held on October 28 from 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. on Zoom. The change entails converting its original ground-floor retail space into two additional residential units, bringing the total number of residential units from 55 to 57. The project plans to construct a six-story residential building with five stories for residential use and a rood deck; along with the residential units, the project also sought to build parking for 44 bikes.

Public comments are available until November 23.

BPDA approves development at 201-207 Brighton Avenue

On October 15, the Boston Planning and Development Agency approved the development at 201-207 Brighton Avenue, which will construct a six-story building with 145 residential units and 176 residential bike parking spaces.
