Get career development and job placement experience in the construction industry with Harvard Ed Portal.LinkThe Harvard Careers in Construction Program (HCCP) introduces residents of Allston, Brighton, and Cambridge to the many career opportunities available within the construction industry. Participants explore a variety of career paths, including skilled trades, project management, real estate development, design, sustainability, and construction technology.

Through a combination of career exploration, industry workshops, job readiness training, and mentorship from experienced construction professionals, HCCP helps individuals identify their interests and prepare for next steps in the industry. Participants who successfully complete the program will qualify for a paid apprenticeship opportunity and receive support with apprenticeship applications, job placement, and continued education or training pathways.
