At their Board of Directors meeting, the BPDA unanimously approved a motion to grant Article 80 approval for 80 Gardner Street in Allston. The development plans to build a six-story building containing 80 residential units (and six Inclusionary Zoning units) as well as 20 parking spaces (on top of the 23 existing spaces), and 50 bicycle parking spots.
36 Champney Street Abutters Meeting
On October 21, the abutters meeting for 36 Champney Street sought to get community input and feedback on this development, which seeks to turn a single family home into a two-family residence. This would involve building an addition for a kitchen as well as an exit and stairway from the second floor. The developers also propose building a bathroom on the first floor and a partition to divide the two units.
124 Academy Hill Road Abutters Meeting
On October 23, the abutters meeting for the 124 Academy Hill Road development sought to seek community input and feedback. The development will expand a two-family building, previously damaged by fire, to a 10-unit residential building.
